So Creamy White Bean Dip

Ingredients (serves 2-4)


  • 1 tin white kidney beans (240g drained) 

  • 1 garlic clove 

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • 1 tbsp soya cream

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 

  • Grind of salt and pepper 

  • Pinch of sumac (optional) 

  • Drizzle of chilli oil (optional) 

  1. Blend kidney beans, garlic clove, lemon juice, soya cream, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth. 

  2. Spread the dip onto a flat plate. Add sumac and chilli oil on top (optional) 

  3. Enjoy with pitta, flatbreads or with a salad
